RECENT RUMOR
Recently there has been rumor we are starting up the foreclosure data service once again. This is not true as I have made the decision to remain out of the foreclosure data service business.
Yes I'm remaining in business as an investor and welcome's your interest as a buyer or JV partner. We may send out information, to our readers, on specific undervalued properties for sale or available as a JV but we will not be posting lists of foreclosures.

FORECLOSURE SCAMS
For the last year or so we have been plagued by internet scammers who have had somebody subscribe to our data service and then resold our information on their website.
I have spoken to the person "behind the scene" and he feels there is nothing wrong with his actions. My lawyer and I have also spoken with the RCMP on this matter and unfortunately they don't feel the size of this crime warrants their attention.
WARNING
As a warning to those people who are interested in data on foreclosures and are tempted to join or to subscribe to another list. Be cautious of who you are dealing with as there are unscrupulous people out there who will take your money and give you nothing or very little in return.
Be cautious of people who hide behind aliases, do not return phone calls, will never meet you or anybody else in person, and whose websites make promises of wealth or have examples of profits which seem excessive & without you having to do anything to get their house under contract.
Yes I have had some good deals, some incredibly great deals, but please use your thinking cap before making any decisions you may regret.
In the US banks and courts may sell houses for less than the debt or less than the value of the property but it is not common here and sellers are not so gullible to simply walk away from every property without a dime in their pocket. Please use common sense when deciding what may or may not sound too good to be true.
Use discretion and do your "Due Diligence" before handing your money over to anybody especially online.
Are they a great "Marketing Company" or a great service provider with real experience & credibility?
No, I will not mention any names here but I do encourage you to email me with information on your own personal experience with any "Foreclosure Marketing Scam Artist". This information is for my own use and I will not release it to anybody without your written authorization.
If I gather enough legitimate information about a specific person or company I will pass all information gathered over to the RCMP, with your permission, for them to investigate. Hopefully charges will be laid or at least we can stop people from being ripped off.
